The mergers and acquisition market is predicted to be slow and uncertain in 2023, according to Legal Analyst Emily Rouleau.

Though M&A activity reached historic highs in 2021, deal volume slowed in 2022 and is projected to continue into the new year. But, as Rouleau notes, the market forecast may not be so bleak.
