The Last Lecture Series at Harvard Law School, sponsored annually by the 3L and LL.M. class marshals, is an HLS tradition in which selected faculty members impart insight, advice, and final words of wisdom to the graduating class.
The faculty selected as this year’s speakers were: Dehlia Umunna, a clinical professor and the faculty deputy director of the law school’s Criminal Justice Institute; Daphna Renan, assistant professor and administrative governance scholar; Ruth Okediji, the Jeremiah Smith. Jr, Professor of Law and co-director of the Berkman Klein Center; and Naz Modirzadeh, a professor of practice and the founding director of the Harvard Law School Program on International Law and Armed Conflict.
