2019 Harvard Negotiation Law Review (HNLR) Symposium

Last month, the Harvard Negotiation Law Review (HNLR) hosted a public symposium, “Redressing Harm through Restorative Justice,” that explored various applications of restorative justice within the criminal justice system in the United States and in post-conflict systems around the world. This panel on “Using Restorative Practices to Address Communal Harm, Internationally”, was moderated by Andrew Mamo and featured speakers Dr. Ronan Feehily, Thalia Gonzalez, and Libby Hoffman.
