Dania is 8 years old. For as long as she can remember, she has cared for her mother Isobel, who has battled with cancer since carrying Dania in the womb. Dania cares for her mother around the clock and we thought she deserved a special treat from us to say a big thank you to her – and 10,000 young carers 8 and under like her up and down the country.
