Football: Birmingham City 2-3 Bolton Wanderers – FA Cup 2011 Sixth Round Highlights

Birmingham and Bolton played out a five goal thriller in their FA Cup 2011 Quarter Final at St Andrews on the afternoon of Saturday 12th March 2011.

Bolton took the lead after 21 minutes through Elmander before Jerome equalised for the hosts on 38 minutes, making the scoreline 1-1 at half-time.

A Davies penalty on 66 minutes restored Bolton’s lead, but Phillips scored on 80 minutes to again level the scores.

The match appeared to be heading for a replay, before Lee broke the home fans’ hearts with a 90th minute winner, putting Bolton through to their first FA Cup Semi-Final since 2000.
