Now Tesco’s planning to go one step further and open a completely checkout-free store, but shoppers are not impressed. Many are calling for a boycott because they are putting people out of jobs and removing vital interaction for customers. So do self service checkouts and checkout-free stores have a place or does being served at a till win every time?
