Sweet Deal Turns SOUR Over Entrepreneur’s 90% Shareholder | Dragons’ Den

Dragons’ Den published this video item, entitled “Sweet Deal Turns SOUR Over Entrepreneur’s 90% Shareholder | Dragons’ Den” – below is their description.

After some quizzing from the Dragons, it became apparent that Melissa was only a small shareholder in the business, owning just 10%. She explained she works with a partner in Germany who had a majority share of 90% owned against his own candy company. This raised some eyebrows in the Den, the Dragons also spotted her packaging combined branding from The Magic Candy Factory and her partner’s company.

An international sensation, Dragon’s Den features entrepreneurs pitching for investment in the Den from our Dragons, five venture capitalists willing to invest their own money in exchange for equity.
