When Lisa Dean gets a call from a victim of pet theft, hundreds of volunteers spring into action. Posters and six-foot banners are designed; support teams console distraught victims and go door-to-door appealing for witnesses. Drones fly over housing estates and Lisa spends hours viewing CCTV footage to identify vehicles. After quitting her job as a teacher, Lisa has now helped rescue over 700 animals, and she joins us to talk about her extreme tactics, and to appeal for some pets that are still missing.
