Often called ‘man’s best friend’ many of us think of our dogs as a member of the family. But with the number of dog thefts on the rise, thousands of owners are currently going through the heartache of discovering their pet is missing. As recent reports show dog thefts have risen for the fourth year in a row, with around five canines stolen a day, we’re joined by pet behaviourist Stan Rawlinson – who is campaigning to make petnapping an offence. And someone who knows first hand the devastating effects dognapping can have on a family is Jacqui Millson, whose dogs were stolen two years ago. She joins us to explain why she will never give up in the search for her beloved pooches.
