While many of us are reaching for our reading glasses, Sir Paul McCartney says his vision is still as good as ever at the age of 78 – and apparently it’s all thanks to eye yoga! The growing trend promises brighter, better-rested eyes, and even improved vision with just a few minutes practise a day. But does it really work? Today we’re joined by Optometrist Sheena Tanna-Shah, alongside yoga instructor Chatty Dobson – who’s showing us a few exercises to try.
