X Factor: Punters Pile on Wagner

X factor: punters pile on wagner 1X Factor betting appears to be a growing pursuit among UK citizens on a Saturday evening, and, at first glance, it appears as though the show has finally attracted a real musician: The Global Herald was today informed of a major gamble on “Wagner”.

Alas, it was not the music of German composer Richard Wagner that was set to take the popular music show by storm, instead it is Wagner Carrilho, a Brazilian crooner who’s odds have plummeted after a major gamble this week.

Boylesports, the Irish bookmaker, told The Global Herald that there had been “a flood of money” for the singer, who has been cut from a hefty 125-1 into 33-1.

X Factor is a British talent show that will air on ITV 1 in the country at 21:00.
