Music: Clock Opera “Once And For All”

From the label which launched La Roux comes a barebones track made from pots and pans. The new EP from Clock Opera is entitled “Once And For All” and will be released on 1st November 2010 with remixes from Little Loud and Clive Tanaka.

The backing sounds are reminiscent of error noises from a computer, or frustrated users hitting said computer, however the credible and soaring melody will reassure listeners that this is a talented musician at work – Guy Connelly to be precise.

Clock Opera is opening at Les Inrocks “Black XS” festival. The event will take place  at La Boule Noire on November 3rd 2010 and will also feature School of Seven Bells and Gold Future Joy Machine.
