Meghan Markle vs. The Mail: Court Quashes Appeal Case

The Royal Family Channel published this video item, entitled “Meghan Markle vs. The Mail: Court Quashes Appeal Case” – below is their description.

‘Meghan vs. The Mail: Court Quashes Appeal Case’

The UK Court of Appeals has upheld a ruling in favour of Meghan Markle against the Mail On Sunday.

The Duchess of Sussex took legal action over five articles containing parts of a “private” letter to her father.

A High Court judge ruled in her favour earlier this year, claiming it was a breach of privacy.

But Associated Newspapers ltd. argued the case should go to trial, saying the letter was co-authored.
