In the first of a recurring series, Josie is joining women hikers up and down the country to learn about the benefits on your mental health of the great outdoors. First up she is taking on Ben Arthur (also known as The Cobbler) in Scotland with local hiker Emma, who guides her along one of her favourite hikes to the summit. After reaching the top (and coming back down!) Josie and Emma finish their hike with a swim in one of Scotland’s famous Lochs – Loch Lomond.

Josephine Diane Shirley Gibson is a British television personality. In 2010, she won the eleventh series of Big Brother. Later that year, she entered Ultimate Big Brother. She was also a regular guest host on the Channel 5 magazine series OK! TV, before making regular guest appearances on a variety of ITV shows, recently making several apparences on ITV1’s This Morning, often in amusing segments.

Scotland is a country in Western Europe which forms part of the United Kingdom. Its government was joined with that of England’s through the 1707 Acts of Union. A devolved government now administers many of the affairs of the country, though ultimate authority still resides with Westminster.
