The triple threat first sparked speculation about her relationship status earlier this month. Siwa wrote, in part, on Instagram, ‘My brain has never been so overwhelmed/overloaded with not only work but also personal life.’ Siwa and Prew made it official in January, shortly before the 18-year-old entertainer came out as a member of the LGBTQ+ community.
