The decision is a major win for disability charities and campaigners – including Radio DJ Jo Whiley. Last week, she spoke out about being offered a vaccine before her 53-year-old sister, Frances – who later tested positive for coronavirus following an outbreak in her care home. But as she thankfully recovers after being hospitalised, Jo is joining us with her reaction to the news.
