Ingredients

For the Jerk Chicken

  • Baked chicken breasts
  • Mayonnaise
  • Diced red pepper
  • Diced celery
  • Jerk blend

For the Mango Salsa

  • Mango
  • Avocado
  • Red onion
  • Cucumber
  • Cilantro (coriander)
  • Jalapeño pepper
  • Seasoning
  • Lettuce for wraps

Method

  1. Combine jerk chicken ingredients
  2. Combine mango salsa ingredients
  3. Serve on a lettuce leaf
