Identity Episode 4: “Bansi Dutta”

The team investigate the curious case of a billionaire who appears to have the dentistry of another man. With large government grants and jobs at stake, the identity police have to keep a low profile and make sure they do not offend the sensibilities of a very powerful man.

Meanwhile, Bloom has his own problems. His former life as an undercover agent has forced him to commit a grave crime. Will he be able to juggle his loyalties to his lover with the demands of being a law enforcement officer?

Whilst the reference to the Bhopal disaster is thinly veiled, the storyline of official attempts to court dangerous oligarchs remains an interesting one.

Identity Episode 4 will air on ITV1 at 9pm on Monday 26th July 2010.
