How Naomi Campbell Overcame Addiction | The Oprah Winfrey Show | Oprah Winfrey Network

OWN published this video item, entitled “How Naomi Campbell Overcame Addiction | The Oprah Winfrey Show | Oprah Winfrey Network” – below is their description.

By age 24, Naomi Campbell had reached international stardom, but off the runway, no one realized the supermodel was in the throes of a dangerous cocaine addiction. In 1999, after collapsing on a job, Naomi finally decided to check into rehab. After two years of quietly living in recovery, she was exposed when a tabloid printed a photo of her leaving a Narcotics Anonymous meeting. Naomi sued the tabloid for invasion of privacy—and won. In 2010, she appeared on “The Oprah Show” to share her story.
