Microsoft’s cloud gaming service, xCloud, has been more than a whisper on the wind for a while now – and it looks like it’s finally getting a launch date of September 15th! There’s one problem though: seems like xCloud will be skipping Apple devices all together for the initial roll out. On the upside, according to a post on Xbox Wire, the service will support over 100 games at launch which is pretty cool…unless you have an iphone or ipad. Another great detail is that service will be included into Ultimate Game Pass memberships. Awesome! Buuuut it looks like xCloud is only initially coming to 22 regions around the world…oh for crying out loud… we’re gonna need a data table to see who can actually use the service aren’t we? Okay, okay… that wasn’t a great joke but you should be proud of us. We got through a whole description for Inside Gaming Daily without dunking on Stadia.
