Venom 2 Already Breaking Records at The Box Office – IGN The Fix: Entertainment

IGN published this video item, entitled “Venom 2 Already Breaking Records at The Box Office – IGN The Fix: Entertainment” – below is their description.

Venom: Let There Be Carnage is wasting no time licking up the bucks at the box office, setting a pandemic record with its $90.1 million domestic intake this weekend. Venom 2’s box office debut numbers edged out Black Widow’s, which previously held that title at $80 million. Venom 2’s success at the box office is proof that the fans are willing to head to the theaters to see the right movies, and with these opening numbers in the US, Venom: Let There Be Carnage is poised to do well internationally. In other news, it sounds like actor Ben Affleck actually enjoyed his time reprising his role of Batman in the upcoming Flash movie. Speaking with Variety, Affleck commented on his role in the upcoming superhero flick in comparison to his time as the Dark Knight in the Justice League. And finally, we take a look at the Venom 2 mid-credit scene. In the mid-credit scene, Venom tells Eddie about the things he’s seen that are beyond comprehension, like other universes. What does it all mean? Is Venom now in the MCU? #VenomLetThereBeCarnage has lots of surprises for Marvel/MCU fans! And we’ve got all the entertainment news and Marvel news covered on #IGN The Fix: Entertainment with Akeem Lawanson!
