How They Ruined the Dexter Finale

IGN published this video item, entitled “How They Ruined the Dexter Finale” – below is their description.

If you’ve never watched Showtime’s sinister series Dexter, you probably just know it as that show about a “serial killer who kills serial killers.” Oh, and also that it ended so poorly that fans wanted to dump the entire series into the tepid tides off the coast of Miami.

But with Showtime announcing that Dexter is coming back as a 10-episode limited series, in what can only be seen as an attempt to give us a better ending, we decided to take a look at what went so horribly wrong with the original finale.

Sure, the Dexter ending was a mess, but as the Michael C. Hall character returns for a new season of serial killer antics, we ponder what went wrong with Dex, Deb, the Brain Surgeon and much, much more.
