Ahead of the impending release of Destiny 2’s newest expansion, Bungie has released the story trailer Beyond Light setting the stage for what we can expect to experience in the campaign’s story. In this video, we’re taking a look at how House Salvation, lead by Eramis, former baroness of the House of Devils, is fed up with the rut the Fallen race has found themselves in after the Traveler has left them. Being gifted with the power of the Darkness and channeling it through the new element, Stasis, Eramis plans to exact revenge on the traveler and restore the Fallen to their former glory. This is where Variks, former warden of the Prison of Elders comes in. His intentions are to seek the help of Guardians on Europa to prevent Eramis from amassing an army of Stasis wielding Fallen from taking over.
