Chernobylite is set in the hyper-realistic wasteland of Chernobyl’s Exclusion Zone. It’s here that you’ll be taking on the role of Igor, a former employee of the Chernobyl Power Plant, and physicist. Chernobylite will see you returning to Pripyat to investigate the mysterious disappearance of Igor’s fiancee.

The Chernobyl disaster was a nuclear accident that occurred on 26 April 1986 at the No. 4 reactor in the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant, near the city of Pripyat in the north of the Ukrainian SSR in the Soviet Union.
