Full Episode: “Too Legit to Quit” (Season 1, Ep. 2) | Flex & Shanice | OWN

OWN published this video item, entitled “Full Episode: “Too Legit to Quit” (Season 1, Ep. 2) | Flex & Shanice | OWN” – below is their description.

Shanice has been working with producer B.Slade, and for the first time in years, she is really excited about where her music is going. Now she just needs to find someone to listen to it! With Heather Hannah — her new imaginary manager in place — she has been able to pitch out Shanice 2.0 with complete confidence. Shanice and her cousin Ruba (aka Heather Hannah’s assistant) have been hustling to book Shanice a gig, hoping to infuse some much needed cash into this household of nine. But when she holds her ground and fails to close a deal, she wonders if Heather’s aggressive approach is going too far? After all, the reason her career struggled when Crystal was her manager was because no one wanted to deal with her mother’s attitude. So when Shanice complains to Crystal about her frustrations pulling double-duty as talent and manager, does Crystal empathize or criticize? Can Crystal let go of her anger over being replaced by a phony manager and give Shanice a shoulder to cry on? Or will she resurrect her much maligned attitude and let her daughter know exactly where she can stick Heather Hannah? Meanwhile, in order to pay for Imani’s dance classes, Flex has been working a night job — and he wants to see exactly what all that money is paying for! But when the instructor starts taking the girls through a routine that borders on an MA-rated, he grows increasingly uncomfortable and decides that an intervention is in order. A master of moves himself, Flex steps in to show the girls how it’s done, mortifying Imani in front of her friends with his 1990s choreography. Can Flex convince Imani that stripper moves aren’t appropriate for a 12-year-old? And equally as important, can anyone convince Flex that The Humpty Dance should stay in the past?
