Marcus Rashford is continuing his campaign for free school meals for vulnerable children to carry on through the summer holidays. Today, Work and Pensions Secretary Therese Coffey replied to the England striker’s heartfelt plea for government to change the policy with a single line on Twitter. Rashford asked government to imagine how it feels for parents fearful their water might not be connected or won’t be able to feed their children, to which Coffey simply replied ‘water cannot be disconnected though.’
