I’m a 66 yr old grandparent (healthy apart from on Thyroxine and BP tablets which are controlling these). Because of the Coronavirus I am being careful about keeping my distance from others but am not sure if I can go on a walk in an open space or watch my
5 yr old grandson play in the back garden as long as we keep the recommended 2 metres apart and we are very careful – even if it’s for a short period at a time? Can you please advise me. Thank you.
