Coronation Street’s Ken Barlow on Corrie Stopping Filming

In the UK, ITV1’s This Morning, spoke to a cast member of Coronation Street, a long running soap opera, about the cessation of filming for Covid-19:

Coronation Street may have announced they are stopping filming, but their longest-serving cast-member is still keeping spirits up. He is usually keeping the Barlows in check, but today Ken Barlow himself played by Bill Roache is here to help you. Away from the street, Bill is quite the master of mindfulness and meditation, and he joins us from self-isolation today to share his advice for staying relaxed, and switching off from all the negativity going on outside.

Holly Willoughby is an English television presenter, model, and author. She is currently the co-presenter of This Morning (2009–present) and Dancing on Ice (2006–2011, 2018–present) alongside Phillip Schofield.

From 2008 to 2020, Willoughby was a team captain on ITV2’s Celebrity Juice alongside Fearne Cotton. From 2012 to 2015, she presented the revived television series Surprise Surprise, replacing original presenter Cilla Black.
