The developer behind ‘Call of Duty: Vanguard’ has said it is aware of a problem that is causing widespread crashing issues and is actively investigating it. The problem seemed to have reared its head after the Secrets of the Pacific event for both ‘Vanguard’ and ‘Warzone’ started this week, but that event has been temporarily disabled while a fix is being found.
