Boy with Cerebral Palsy Inspired by Colonel Tom Moore to Raise Money | Good Morning Britain

Good Morning Britain told the story of Ethan Beardow, a 9 year old boy with cerebral palsy, who has been inspired by Colonet Tom Moore, to participate in a walking challenge of his own.

A nine-year-old boy with cerebral palsy is taking on a charity walk challenge after being inspired by fundraising hero Colonel Tom. Ethan Beardow’s great aunt died from Covid-19 a week ago, and he saw how expensive funerals can be. So last week while watching Captain Tom he asked his mum whether he could do something similar and raise money for families who have lost loved ones to Covid-19. Ethan turns 10 on the 18th of May and wants to walk 100 x 25m laps up his road, aided by his walker just like Captain Tom, doing his last on his birthday.
