    Scotland’s preparations for today’s make-or-break Euro 2020 clash with Croatia have been thrown into turmoil after Billy Gilmour tested positive for coronavirus. England manager Gareth Southgate’s plans were also rocked by the news that Gilmour’s Chelsea colleagues Mason Mount and Ben Chilwell will have to self-isolate after they were in close contact with the Scot after the game.
