- Onions
- Garlic
- Ground beef, turkey or plant substitute
- Pepper blend
- Soulful seasoning salts
- Chilli pepper
- Salsa
- Sharp white Cheddar
- Chipotle oil
- Sautee onions and garlic in olive oil.
- Add ground beef and pepper blend.
- Fry until cooked through
- Add salsa
- Spray sheet with chipotle oil
- Put beef mixture into tortillas
- Add grated cheese
- Tuck and roll tortillas, spray with more chipotle oil
- Put in oven on a medium heat for 20 minutes
- Serve with guacamole, salsa, sour cream
