Madeleine Halcrow, maternal grandmother of Arthur Labinjo-Hughes, will speak for the first time about the tragic death of her grandson, Arthur. Thomas Hughes, Arthur’s father, was found guilty of manslaughter and his partner Emma Tustin was convicted of murder. Madeleine, a nurse, said of the duo: “I think they are cold, calculating, systematic torturers of a defenceless little boy. They’re wicked, evil.”
