Yesterday, the Health Secretary Matt Hancock announced that people living in London, Essex, York and other areas are to live under tougher Tier 2 Covid measures from Saturday. This means that more than half of England’s population are now living under high or very-high alert restrictions. But what does all of this mean? Can you go to the pub with friends?
