Cycling: Sir Bradley Wiggins Leads Tour of Britain 2013 After Stage 4

After the fourth stage of the 2013 Tour of Britain cycling event, Sir Bradley Wiggins leads on 16h 11′ 36″, 37 seconds ahead of his Sky Procycling teammate Ian Stannard.

The fourth Stoke on Trent stage of Tour of Britain was won by Wiggins’ compatriot Mark Cavendish, who is third in the points standings following Stage 4.
