Jun.15 — Protesters on Saturday night set fire to the Wendy’s fast food restaurant in Atlanta where Rayshard Brooks, a 27-year-old black man, was fatally shot by a police officer the night before. One officer was fired and another placed on administrative duty following the shooting. Authorities say Brooks fell asleep in his car at the drive-through. Police were trying to arrest Brooks for DUI when he grabbed an officer’s Taser. Brooks was shot while running away. The GBI is investigating the case. (Video Courtesy: WSB)
