Jun.27 — Tesla Inc. plans to recall more than 285,000 cars sold in China. The electric vehicle maker will address risks associated to its autopilot feature after an investigation conducted by the country’s regulator. Meanwhile, a Chinese battery maker plans to spend as much as 2 billion euros ($2.4 billion) on a plant in northern France to power an affordable range of Renault SA electric vehicles.
