Tesla Factory Prep Delayed by German Court

Feb.17 — Tesla Inc.’s plan to build and electric car plant in Germany has run into legal trouble. A court has said clearing a forest near Berlin must stop immediately while it considers a challenge by environmentalists. Bloomberg’s Dave McCombs reports on “Bloomberg Daybreak: Europe.”
