Sternlicht Sees NYC Worst Off as Pandemic Takes Toll on Real Estate

Jun.25 — Starwood Capital Founder and Chief Executive Officer Barry Sternlicht explains how the coronavirus pandemic is affecting real estate rents and values and why New York’s property market is on the brink of collapse. He spoke exclusively with Bloomberg’s Erik Schatzker on “Front Row.”
