Nov.18 — Singapore’s Education Minister Lawrence Wong, who also co-chairs the coronavirus taskforce, says the island-state could be in a so-called Phase 3 of virus curbs for more than a year. He also says Singapore is entering into supply agreements with several vaccine companies. He speaks on “Bloomberg Markets: Asia.”
