Russia Won’t Back down to Saudi ‘Blackmail’

Mar.20 — The oil price war that’s roiling global energy markets looks set to continue. Russian President Vladimir Putin will refuse to submit to what the Kremlin sees as oil “blackmail” from Saudi Arabia. Bloomberg’s Annmarie Hordern reports on “Bloomberg Daybreak: Europe.”
