May.04 — Greg Fleming, president and chief executive officer at Rockefeller Capital Management, says the Biden administration’s plan to increase the U.S. corporate tax rate is the most likely proposal to get through a narrowly divided Congress. “If you take the corporate tax from 21% to 28% it’s about $1 trillion over the timeframe that the President is looking at. So it’s hard for me to see that they don’t try to go after that given the need for revenue,” Fleming said Tuesday in an interview at the Bloomberg Wealth Summit.
