    Oct.30 — European Central Bank Governing Council member Robert Holzmann says it’s right to assume that President Christine Lagarde signaled more stimulus measures are coming in December when she spoke at yesterday’s ECB monetary policy press conference. “I think this is a correct interpretation, with some caveats,” Holzmann, Austria’s central bank governor, said in an interview with Maria Tadeo in Vienna. They spoke on “Bloomberg Markets: European Open.”
