Philippines Has Ample Fiscal Space to Fight Virus: Economic Planner

May.14 — Philippine Acting Economic Planning Secretary Karl Chua discusses the governments efforts to support the economy amid the coronavirus outbreak. The government has allowed malls and more businesses in the capital to partially reopen on May 16 after a two-month lockdown that shrank its economy.
