We got an update on the upcoming HBO series The Last of Us, based on the Naughty Dog video game of the same name. The director of the pilot episode, Kantemir Balagov, recently spoke in an interview with a Russian media site – and according to Comicbook.com, he revealed that, while #TheLastofUs series is currently still in production at #HBO, the director said the show is arriving early next year in 2023. Final Fantasy 9’s animated series is inching closer to a reveal, which just might be later this week. And finally, the legendary concept artist, Colin Cantwell has passed away at the age of 90. Cantwell designed the iconic Star Wars X-wing Starfighter, the Death Star and the TIE fighter.
