The NFL draft is in the books. Most of the notable trade candidates and free agents have found new homes, meaning we now have a pretty good idea of what all 32 rosters will look like come Week 1.

While some NFL teams did excellent jobs in addressing their biggest needs, other clubs lazily decided to hibernate from March to June. Here are the rankings for how all 32 NFL teams performed this offseason, going from worst to first.
