Joe Burrow | We Played A Complete Game For First Time This Season

Dave Lapham In The Trenches published this video item, entitled “Joe Burrow | We Played A Complete Game For First Time This Season” – below is their description.

The Cincinnati Bengals offense, led by quarterback Joe Burrow put their loss to the Cleveland Browns on Monday night behind them and took out their frustration on the Carolina Panthers in a 42-21 old fashion butt-kicking and leaving Burrow feeling as if the Bengals played a complete game for the first time this season.

With a 35-0 lead at the half, Burrow would give way to his backup, Brandon Allen, after going 22-of-28 for 206 yards and a touchdown while also adding his own rushing touchdown on four carries for nine yards in the win.

But the day belonged to running back Joe Mixon, who scored five touchdowns on the day while rushing 22 times for 153 yards and four touchdowns on the ground.

The bye week sees Burrow and the Bengals right where they were a season ago, 5-4, with a tough slate of games the rest of the way.

After the game, Burrow spoke with the media about the win, bye week, the mindset of missing receiver Ja’Marr Chase and where he feels the Bengals stand after nine weeks.
