Markets Selloff: Too Early to Buy the Dip, Says Strategist

Feb.27 — Luca Paolini, chief strategist at Pictet Asset Management, says it’s too early to “buy the dip” until the full impact of the coronavirus becomes clear, and while there is no significant fiscal or policy response to the growing spread of the disease. “Markets are obviously down a lot but they’re not significantly oversold,” Paolini said on “Bloomberg Markets: European Open.”
