Kramp-Karrenbauer: Germany Must Spend Cash More Quickly

Jan.23 — German Defense Minister and CDU Leader Annegret Kramp-Karrenbauer discusses the need for Germany to speed up the process of spending government funds, calling for investment into infrastructure and defense. She speaks with Bloomberg’s Chad Thomas at the World Economic Forum’s annual meeting in Davos, Switzerland.
