    May.18 — JPMorgan Chase & Co. announced that co-President and co-Chief Operating Officer Gordon Smith will retire at the end of the year. The firm promoted Marianne Lake and Jennifer Piepszak to co-heads of consumer and community banking and they will take over for Smith immediately. Bloomberg’s Sonali Basak reports.
